Co-founderMatt VanAntwerp is a husband, father, and man of faith whose values shape both his personal and professional life. During his 28-year career with the Raleigh Police Department, he built a reputation for steady leadership, sound judgment, and serving others in difficult circumstances. For 13 years, he served on the department’s full-time SWAT Team, operating in some of the most demanding and high-risk environments imaginable.
Throughout his career, Matt learned that the best outcomes are often achieved not through force, but through communication, de-escalation, and the ability to build trust under pressure. Those lessons became the foundation of his leadership philosophy. Today, he is passionate about equipping individuals and organizations with practical skills that strengthen safety, resilience, and confident decision-making when it matters most.

Kameron Abshire is a devoted Christian, husband to his high school sweetheart, and proud father of three. Now entering his 18th year in law enforcement, he has dedicated his career to serving and protecting his community while leading with integrity, humility, and a commitment to excellence. His experience has reinforced the importance of preparation, discipline, and strong leadership in high-pressure situations.
Passionate about training and professional development, Kameron believes that even a small investment in quality instruction can have a lasting impact on creating safer workplaces and stronger communities. His leadership philosophy centers on continuous learning, practical application, and empowering others with the confidence and skills needed to respond effectively when challenges arise.
